Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead stakeholders and project teams in generating journey maps, service blueprints, and service models. This role will drive the development of customer-centric solutions that meet business objectives.
About the Role:
- Lead stakeholders and project teams to generate journey maps, service blueprints, and service models.
- Oversee research activities to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to scope and deliver design projects within set timelines.
- Use design software such as Miro, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate designs to executive and delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and inform strategic decisions.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
