Senior Ecommerce Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ecommerce advertising specialist to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving conversions and delivering exceptional results through Google Ads campaigns.

The successful candidate will analyze daily data to identify opportunities for optimization, conduct landing page split-tests, and write high-converting ad copy that meets Eugene Schwartz's standards. They will also set up and manage tracking scripts, conversion event codes, and shopping data feeds, and collaborate with internal strategists on cross-channel campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for search, shopping, display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of daily data to identify areas of opportunity and optimize campaign performance.
  • Optimize landing pages for maximum ROI through split-testing and A/B testing.
  • Write compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Set up and manage tracking scripts, conversion event codes, and shopping data feeds.
  • Collaborate with internal strategists to coordinate cross-channel campaigns and improve performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of ecommerce marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of Google Ads experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in managing large ad spend budgets.
  • Experience in Google Shopping and/or YouTube is a significant advantage.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and excellent productivity and prioritization skills.
  • Elite level of communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Team player with a strong focus on client success.
