About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our full range of courses and initiatives, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants.

This role is central to the success of our programs, acting as the primary point of contact for all course-related queries and managing everything from logistics to participant communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and facilitators to ensure a high-quality experience for both virtual and in-person programs.
  • Manage multiple tasks with precision and collaborate effectively to maintain the smooth running of each course or event, delivering an exceptional experience for all.
  • Prepare education program administration including registration procedures, agendas, briefs, course notes, and welcome emails.
  • Maintain systems with accurate records, related administrative tasks, and financial processes.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, such as project or event coordination, within a professional environment.
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional quality and customer service standards.
  • Understanding of financial administration including reconciling invoices and reporting.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
