Experienced Care Professionals - Aged Care Role

We are seeking experienced individuals to deliver high-quality care services to residents in aged care homes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing respectful and compassionate care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.

About the Job:

  • Deliver personal care services including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition support.
  • Support residents with their daily needs and activities.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with facility staff and residents.
  • Adhere to standards of care and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in aged care is mandatory.
  • Current Police Check and COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
