Aged care is a highly rewarding field where you can work with older adults and provide them with the care and support they need. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for others and making a positive impact on their lives.

No experience or qualifications are required as we will train you on the job. You will work towards gaining your Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015) and be supported by a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about working with older adults and want to start their career in a supportive and progressive company. If successful, you will assist residents in a Residential Aged Care setting with their daily lifestyle and activities, providing personal care, feeding, setting tables, social/activities, listening and building rapport.

The role involves working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that the highest level of care is delivered at all times.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a minimum of 15 hours per week and up to 35 hours per week, depending on the facility's needs. You will also be provided with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be willing to learn and take on new challenges, and be able to pass a National Police Check.
