Discover the thrill of winemaking in a dynamic and supportive team environment at our state-of-the-art winery located in the world-renowned Langhorne Creek region. As a key member of our winemaking team, you will have the opportunity to work with various clients from different backgrounds and personalities.

We are seeking an experienced Winemaker for a 6-month contract from mid-January to mid-July. Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients in achieving their winemaking objectives by providing expert guidance and direction throughout the workflow process in our cellar.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in winemaking, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs are essential qualities for this role.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the winemaking team to develop and implement effective winemaking strategies
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on winemaking techniques and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on winemaking progress and outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and sustainable practices
