We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Gold Coast South. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a much-needed break and peace of mind.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support, helping to maintain their independence and dignity.

What We Look For:

We are seeking a candidate who:

  • Cares about assisting our aged community and is passionate about making a difference in someone's life.
  • Has a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
  • Is able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help.
  • Is available to work at least 3 days – Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
