We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Gold Coast South. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
- Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to support our customers' physical and emotional well-being.
- Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
- Transport customers to appointments and provide social support, helping them stay connected with their community.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in Gold Coast South, with a focus on work-life balance.
- Extensive paid training and a culture of continuous learning, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
