Christmas Experience Leader Job Description

We are seeking a leader to manage and inspire our team in delivering exceptional visitor experiences during the festive season.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch visitor experiences.
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow for seamless execution.
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere throughout the festival period.
  • Bring energy and positivity even on busiest days.
  • Oversee point-of-sale operations, processing, and packaging of visitor prints and photo packages with attention to detail.
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is high-quality and cherished.
