Christmas Experience Leader

We are seeking experienced leaders to join our team as Christmas Experience Leaders. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and festive environment, where you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and motivating your team to create magical moments for visitors
  • Managing daily operations, rosters and workflow to ensure seamless delivery
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere throughout the festive season
  • Bringing energy and positivity to the team, even on busy days
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail


Requirements:
  • A leader who can inspire and support their team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Focused on delivering positive experiences for visitors and team alike
  • Have or willing to obtain relevant certifications or clearances
