National Business Development Manager Excavator Attachments

The RoleAs our new National Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Australian market. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying emerging trends, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their excavator attachment needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales plan to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including equipment dealers, hire companies, and quarry operators.
- Tender Preparation and Submission: Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tender proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and specifications.
- Dealer Support and Training: Collaborate with local dealers to enhance their sales capabilities, providing strategic guidance and training to drive sales growth.
- Aftersales Support: Manage the transition of new clients to the aftersales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Industry Representation: Represent Cappro Pacific and its brand with professionalism and integrity at industry events, customer meetings, and sales engagements.
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development and sales within the earthmoving, civil construction, mining, or related sectors.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationships and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organisational levels.
- Industry Knowledge and Network: Established relationships and industry knowledge enabling sales penetration into target markets.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with experience in budgeting, sales forecasting, and developing business strategies.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as required to engage with clients and business partners.
- Australian Citizenship or Residency: Valid driver's license and either Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
