Program Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced transformation leader to spearhead a large-scale operating model overhaul within our data domain.

This is a critical position embedded within the team, driving strategic workforce evolution amongst key initiatives.

  • As the Transformation Lead - Data Domain, you will oversee a multi-stream initiative focused on reshaping how our data teams are structured, recruited, and aligned to strategic business goals.
  • You will lead and execute a major operating model transformation within the data function.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on delivery experience and the ability to lead across both strategic and technical dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive internal workforce strategy and establish a permanent, embedded presence across program streams.
  2. Build strong relationships with technical data professionals and be someone who understands their language and ways of working.
  3. Work closely with executive and delivery stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across multiple streams.
  4. Provide program leadership across planning, execution, governance, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Transformation Lead or Senior Manager leading complex transformation initiatives, ideally within the data/tech domain.
  • A strong understanding of data and analytics environments - able to build credibility with data professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute workforce strategy and reduce third-party/vendor dependencies.
