  Company Overview
  
  Large wealth management firm are looking to hire an experienced finance professional to support them with a range of finance and operational transformation activities working directly with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
  
  Role Overview
  
  Working close with the CFO, this role will manage accounting, finance process redesign, systems implementation, and operational transformation. The role would commence as an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility to secure a longer-term opportunity.
  
  Responsibilities
  • Building team capacity and establishing sustainable processes, structures, and controls within required timelines.
  • Document changes to current finance processes, structures, and controls to facilitate business changes
  • Actively participate in critical finance tasks, including financial systems implementation and data migration activities
    
    
  Skills & Experience
  • Business Partnering/FP&A
  • Understanding of large & complex business structures
  • Financial Services industry knowledge, preferably wealth management
  • Able to operate independently
  • Financial operational process knowledge
  • Strong execution and completion skills
  • Strong communication skills at all levels (including stakeholder)
  • Strong organisation abilities within time critical situations
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
