Job Overview:

The organization seeks a seasoned Program Director to spearhead a significant operating model transformation within its data domain.

This critical role is embedded within the team, driving strategic workforce evolution and other key initiatives.

About the Position:
  • Oversee a multi-stream initiative focused on reshaping how data teams are structured, recruited, and aligned to strategic business goals.
  • Lead and execute a major operating model transformation within the data function.
  • Drive internal workforce strategy.
  • Establish a permanent, embedded presence across program streams.
  • Build strong relationships with technical data professionals who understand their language and ways of working.
  • Work closely with executive and delivery stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across multiple streams.
  • Provide program leadership across planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager leading complex transformation initiatives, ideally within the data/tech domain.
  • Experience within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics environments, able to build credibility with data professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute workforce strategy and reduce third-party/vendor dependencies.
  • Comfortable being in the office 3 days per week to maintain stakeholder engagement and presence.
  • Skilled in navigating large, matrixed organizations and driving outcomes across diverse teams.
