  • Guide clients through our diverse product universe, identifying opportunities to enrich their personal collections and cultivate brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized service, guided by expertise in the world of luxury goods.
  2. Convey the Maison's rich heritage and product knowledge, fostering lasting relationships with discerning clientele.
  3. Guide clients through our diverse product universe, enhancing their personal collections and cultivating brand loyalty.
Requirements:
  • A genuine commitment to building lasting relationships with clients remotely.
  • Strong motivation to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the team's collective success within a structured environment.
  • Mastery of verbal and written communication, enabling engagement and connection with diverse clients through various digital channels.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor.
  • Comfort and fluency in utilizing technology and navigating multiple systems seamlessly to enhance client interactions.
