Our Team & Opportunity

The Vanguard Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Analytics to join our team. As a data evangelist, you will be responsible for leading our data analytics efforts and driving business impact through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional projects in the Data & Analytics space, working with data from a wide range of sources and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement data strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to build Vanguard's Business Intelligence capabilities and strategy.
  • Guide and lead a team of data practitioners in a multi-year data journey, building their skills and expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
  • Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, and commercial mindset to deliver business initiatives and develop data-driven decision-making solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • 6+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering value and impactful results.
  • Deep understanding of modern Data & Analytics frameworks and IT concepts.
  • Excellent knowledge of BI tools, data exploration, visualization, and data quality analysis.
