Job Title: Head of Technology

At Sigma Healthcare Limited, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Technology to lead our technology strategy and drive business growth.

About the Role

The Head of Technology will be responsible for developing and implementing a technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This includes managing the financial performance of the IT budget, roadmap, technology architecture, and support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technology and IT supplier relationships and contracts across Sigma and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage commercial relationships with key vendor partners, including Cisco, Telstra, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, and TCS.
  • Manage internal and external audits of our systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise supporting the annual planning cycle.
  • Lead the Technology team, prioritizing tactical objectives for each member to meet the operational and strategic needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Data, Analytics, Computing, or other related discipline.
  • Years of experience in an IT leadership position.
  • Strong background in working with SAP in a leadership capacity is essential.
  • Ability to advise C-Suite stakeholders and set the agenda independently on technology roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to form collaborative relationships, work across teams, and manage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen and business case creation.
