About the Role

We're seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our Product team in Sydney. You'll work closely with our product owners and software architects to define product specifications, use cases, and product requirements for the engineering teams to develop against.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality user experiences;
  • Organizing and facilitating user research to inform design decisions;
  • Developing wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction designs to bring concepts to life;
  • Creating user story maps and documentation to ensure seamless communication among teams;
  • Assisting in building our design system, workflow, and component library;

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in UX & UI design, with a strong understanding of user interface design patterns and standard user-centered design methodologies. You should be proficient in tools like Figma, Lucid, or similar design and prototyping tools, as well as have knowledge of Dovetail, Maze, or similar UX interview and research tools.

Apart from technical skills, we value creative flair, an ability to ideate, and adapt to alternative solutions. If you're comfortable presenting your work, influencing, negotiating, and guiding cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development. Our hybrid working model allows you to balance remote work with time in our Sydney office.
