About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Partner to support our business and high-performing teams. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders across Queensland and nationally to understand their needs, conduct recruitment at all levels, provide guidance on human resources matters, and facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction.

  • Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a consistent recruitment process across all business divisions.
  • Work closely with the leadership team in Queensland to increase employee engagement and drive positive outcomes for employees.
  • Play a key role in ensuring that new team members have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
  • Support a range of human resources-related projects, driving their execution from conception to completion, providing human resources support at all levels.
About You
  • Developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant qualifications in human resources are essential
  • Previous experience in a human resources business partner capacity supporting large organisations
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Experience supporting performance management processes
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation
