Job Title: Hospitality Executive

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hospitality executive to lead our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong leadership style, and the ability to motivate and develop their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to improve staff knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Build relationships with regular customers and respond to feedback and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and menu launches.

About You:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage leadership, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound understanding of restaurant operations, reservation systems, and service standards.
