Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and maintain high standards of customer service, operating procedures, and policies.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring a seamless and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming vibe in-store, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and store profitability.
  • Manage team rostering and financial targets within the business.
  • Educate staff on ongoing improvement and efficiency measures.
  • Ensure Food Safety standards are consistently adhered to across all stores.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and machinery, ensuring efficient functionality.
  • Prioritize customer and staff safety at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent running out of essential items.
  • Nurture your team, providing instinctive leadership and conflict resolution skills when needed.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and a willingness to undertake a Food Safety Supervisor course.
  • Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for good food and customer journey.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent people management skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • An approachable personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
