Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of our biobank framework. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful launch and operation of our biobank facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive operating model for strategic biobank implementation.
  • Provide senior-level support in program implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve biobank facility development priorities.
  • Conduct research on business case recommendations, papers related to biobank projects, and initiatives impacting compliance, safety, and efficiency in using and maintaining faculty biobank facilities.
  • Identify and analyze emerging risks to biobank facilities, recommending mitigation strategies and procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional writing and communication skills, with experience in curating business reports and procedures. A solid understanding of biobank governance requirements is also essential. Additionally, demonstrable project coordination skills, familiarity with state and federal laws related to biobanking, accuracy, attention to detail, planning, and analysis skills, along with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to use initiative and exercise sound judgment are required.
