This is a critical role in the development of our biobank framework, requiring strategic planning and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing an operating model for the implementation of the biobank framework.
  • Providing support in the strategic implementation of the program, collaborating with schools, hospitals, and collaborators to meet priorities and objectives.
  • Conducting research on business case recommendations and papers related to Biobank projects and initiatives impacting compliance, safety, and efficiency.
  • Identifying and analyzing emerging risks to Biobank facilities and recommending mitigation strategies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Fantastic writing and communication abilities, with experience writing reports and procedures.
  • An understanding of biobank governance requirements.
  • Demonstrable project coordination skills, and experience with change plans and programs.
  • A deep knowledge of state and federal laws related to biobanking.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, planning, and analysis skills together with problem-solving and initiative.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
