Senior Delivery Manager - Service Design

Amber Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Manager to lead our Service Design team in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating workshops, engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate workshops to define problem statements and ideate solutions for health and aged care services.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure broad input and collaboration during workshops.
  • Collaborate with service designers to translate workshop inputs into key outcomes.
  • Support product owners and product managers to translate workshop inputs into executive briefs.
  • Collaborate with scrum masters to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Business Design and System Sprints.
Requirements:
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with human-centered design thinking and service design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile project management skills.
  • Experience with facilitation tools such as Miro, PowerPoint, and Excel.
