The role of a Tax Analyst is pivotal in ensuring the company's tax obligations are managed with expert technical advice and hands-on involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support tax compliance activities and prepare tax effect accounting and tax return calculations under guidance.
  • Assist with corporate income tax, employment tax, and international tax matters, with a willingness to learn.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Maintain accurate tax records and contribute to maintaining the company's tax risk framework.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external advisers, and regulators on routine tax matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in a corporate or accounting environment is preferred.
  • Between 1-3 years' relevant work experience, including internships, placements, or professional roles.
  • Strong technical ability with proficiency in Excel.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
