**Job Title:** Cloud Engagement Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Cloud Engagement Manager to lead our global enterprise customers in achieving their business outcomes securely and faster in the cloud. As a key member of our AWS Industry Professional Services team, you will work closely with customers across various industries to develop and deliver innovative solutions that promote cloud technology for solving customer business problems.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through their cloud journey, transforming their businesses, and leveraging AWS mechanisms to help them envision strategic goals and requirements. Your expertise in agile delivery methodology and management of matrixed teams will ensure successful project execution and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and validate customer requirements
  • Develop and manage project governance plans, schedules, team goals, success criteria, and milestones
  • Manage scope, timeline, and budget of each individual project
  • Ensure goal alignment across stakeholder groups
  • Apply judgment and tact to challenge, recommend, and redirect teams as well as manage client expectations
  • Partner with customers to drive innovation throughout the engagement lifecycle
