About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to join our team as a Customer Data and Billing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer financial and administrative records, ensuring accurate billing and statement recovery processes, and providing partnership with the finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete customer billing as required, and ensure appropriate measures and checks are completed within the customer database system to allow accuracy.
  • Review NDIS customers' plans and initiate actions to secure funding and ensure funds are available for customers to utilise.
  • Provide partnership with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and statement recovery processes are met.
  • Generate regular, accurate and relevant reports, and maintain documentation, data and statistics utilising the program service systems.
  • Coordinate with customers, managers, and stakeholders to secure funds to purchase supports required and invoice accordingly to the relevant teams.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Knowledge around billing and finance specifically NDIS service bookings and billing (desirable).
  • High level computer skills, including use of Microsoft office and navigation and use of customer database system, Salesforce Lumary is desirable.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to interpret, analyse data, with a focus on identify errors, as well as system and operations improvements.
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks accordingly, while contributing to the teamwork culture.
  • NDIS Worker clearance, Working with Children Check and National Police clearance or willingness to obtain.
