Site Coordinator Role

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Coordinator to lead our on-site project teams across Adelaide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering onsite projects and events within the region.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supervising site crews to ensure safety compliance and delivery of projects to scope
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to manage project outcomes
  • Conducting toolbox talks and managing OH&S practices on site
  • Resolving site issues and managing stock counts and discrepancies
  • Identifying opportunities to improve site efficiency and performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a site-based leadership role with expertise in OH&S management
  • Solid knowledge of OH&S regulations and ability to lead effective toolbox talks
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing subcontractors and leading site teams
  • A proactive approach and strong sense of ownership
  • Practical problem-solving ability with a focus on outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and team members
