We're a global event technologies company that specialises in creating memorable event experiences. As an Assistant Director of Event Technology, you'll be a key partner in our customers' journey to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Event Technology in running the audio-visual department activities.
  • Prepare for client and production meetings, as well as weekly sales meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to increase profitable revenue in applicable venues.
  • Maintain effective communication with accounts departments, other venues, and interstate offices.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in meetings and events is essential.
  • Sound knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment and its hire.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, time management & account management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in hospitality or luxury sectors is highly regarded.
  • Qualification in Hospitality or Events is beneficial.
