Education Recruitment Opportunity

Seeking a skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of 360 Recruitment Consultant.

  • Primary responsibilities will include sourcing and matching top talent in a high-volume, fast-moving environment for temp and contract roles in early childhood and outside of school hours care services.

  • Responsibilities will also include being responsive to urgent client needs, filling shifts quickly, enabling our clients to offer the best care to the children in their services.

  • A key aspect of this role will be building and maintaining strong client relationships across our OSHC services throughout Brisbane.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to business growth will be crucial in this position.

  • The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a close-knit team, building success from the ground up.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or sales is essential for this role.

  • Experience in workforce planning, rostering, and scheduling is highly desirable.

  • Strong relationship-building and lead generation skills are required for success in this position.

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team is necessary for this role.

  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines is critical for this position.

  • A drive for continuous learning and development is essential for career growth in this field.

  • A valid Australian driver's license and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC are mandatory for this role.

Shifts and Salary

Rotating roster with early starts (6:30 am) or late finishes (6 pm) and some weekend work may be required. Salary range: A$73,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr subject to experience plus quarterly team bonus.
