Job Description

Process education and visa applications with precision, maintain accurate client records and documentation, assist with client communications, support consultants with research and administrative tasks, and utilise AI tools to enhance work efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years in education/migration/visa processing or Australian study experience.
  • Language: Native Mandarin Speaker and IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent English proficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office (especially Excel), fast typing speed, and AI software familiarity.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, efficient, able to multitask accurately.
