  • Learn core business systems and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Resolve customer queries through multiple channels and optimize orders.
About the Role:

This full-time permanent role in a corporate environment offers the opportunity to build relevant business skills while making a direct impact on our organization.

Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, processing and optimizing orders, and building product and systems knowledge.

Additionally, this role involves project work in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, learning and development, and supply chain.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A recent undergraduate degree or about to graduate.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality.
  • A current Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Motivation to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
