About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Innovator to join our CX-AI team within the Consumer Experience division at REA Group.

As an AI Innovator, you will play a key role in designing and developing high-quality AI solutions that empower users of our web and app experiences.

Our mission is to create personalized and relevant property solutions by leveraging technologies like Large Language Models, Vision Language Models, Deep Learning, and Classic Machine Learning.

You will work closely with various groups across the business to build, manage, and maintain machine learning models and processes, including classification models, deep learning algorithms, and recommendation engines.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ML engineering, data science, or related fields and be skilled in large-scale development with Python.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with key ML libraries such as PyTorch, Keras, HF models, Transformers, XGBoost/LightGBM, and Scikit-learn, as well as familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), BigQuery, and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis/DynamoDB, ElasticSearch/Solr, GraphDB).

Apart from technical skills, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with containerisation technologies such as Docker and has some experience deploying AI systems in real-time, production environments.

The salary for this role is around $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
