About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Manager to lead and oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events for our esteemed clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring every event is perfectly managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Lead a team of event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale events and functions.
  • Strong business development or sales experience, with a history of generating new leads and growing client portfolios.
  • Exceptional planning and coordination skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with vendors.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience guiding and supporting a team to deliver exceptional results.
