Excellent Opportunity for a Business Development Professional
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Executive to join our dynamic team at The Talent Mill Recruitment division.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with key clients, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
- Work closely with our General Manager and Sydney Design Team to identify new business opportunities and convert them into active briefs.
- Promote our services to potential clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
- Plan and prioritize weekly tasks to maximize conversions of briefs to projects.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional account management and cultivating these accounts for continued growth.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales, management, and design teams to achieve shared goals and support the company's overall objectives.
About You:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager in the marketing industry.
- A proven track record of success in building business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and best practices.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
