About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales and Business Growth Executive to join our dynamic Industrial Division team in NSW. As a pivotal member of our close-knit crew, you will leverage your previous building or construction sales experience to drive growth and expansion in the Ramset brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives aligned with the segments business plan. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, as well as transitioning developed growth initiatives into distribution partners where appropriate.
About You
- You have proven experience in selling products, solutions, and services to the concrete construction industry (or related) and have demonstrated capability to deliver strategic specification and/or sales objectives.
- You possess strong communication, mechanical, and strategic aptitude, as well as commercial acumen and project management skills.
- You are committed to driving a safety culture and continuous improvement within our organization.
- You are a fit with ITW Culture & Values, particularly integrity, respect, trust, shared risk, and simplicity.
What We Offer
As a Sales and Business Growth Executive with ITW, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, based on the national average for this role in NSW.
