Strategic Advisory Role

This is a high-performing position for a Vice President to lead the Financial Institutions Group Mergers and Acquisitions team.

The team operates in a collaborative environment that values initiative, accountability for clients and opportunities to lead key workstreams and develop client relationships.

You will play a key role in executing strategic advisory mandates for leading domestic and global clients across the financial institutions spectrum, including banking, insurance, fintech, wealth and diversified financials.

As a driven mergers and acquisitions banker, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on complex transactions, supported by experienced professionals and empowered to mentor junior team members.
