We are currently looking for a dedicated Clinic Manager to lead our team in the Far North QLD region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists, and building synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth of the sleep business within our CPAP clinics
  • Manage a team of CPAP Consultants and Specialists
  • Build synergy between team members and other groups in the assigned region
  • Participate in trade shows and relevant events to promote products and services
  • Generate, monitor, and present team's Key Performance Indicators
  • Handle customer complaints and their appropriate resolutions

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification and/or related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong management and business development capabilities
  • Effective leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
