Visual Effects Compositor

The role of a Visual Effects Compositor is to create stunning visual effects for the film industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with VFX Supervisors and 2D Supervisors to composite elements that complete a visual effect shot, including live-action and computer graphic elements.
  • Extract blue/green screen elements and integrate complex CG shots.
  • Participate in client reviews and daily sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a compositor on high-end live-action feature films.
  • Proficiency in using Nuke software.
  • A knowledge and interest in photography and practical lighting.
  • A showreel demonstrating a wide range of high-end work including plate-based compositing, set extensions, full CG shots, and FX and CG integration all finished to a high standard.
