
Nurse/midwife Clinical Specialist Child And Family

As the Nurse/Midwife Clinical Specialist, you will be working in the Healthy under 5 Kids Partnering Families program to provide specialist clinical outreach care to children under 5 years and their families.
You'll provide early intervention strategies and education to Population and Primary Health Care staff with a focus on improving the health and wellbeing of children and their families in a culturally appropriate manner.
The HU5 KPF program incorporates growth and development assessments, vaccinations, parenting support and advice in age-specific child health checks.
About You You'll be a proactive and culturally responsive clinician, committed to improving child and family health outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you'll have: Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same.
High-level clinical knowledge and skills in Child and Family Health or related field, supported by strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Commitment to a learning culture through clinical guidance and mentoring.
