We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill this key role, offering opportunities for career advancement.
This position involves guiding customers through their home loan journey using our innovative platform, cutting-edge automation, and comprehensive support systems to elevate their careers.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and video communications.
- Working with Australia's leading home loan platform, which enables faster settlement processes.
- Receiving pre-qualified appointment bookings from our clients.
- Submitting deals to our internal processing team, who handle administrative tasks.
- Earning referral income through multiple revenue streams, including buyer's agents and conveyancing services.
You will have the opportunity to increase your earning potential through various revenue streams, leverage AI-driven tools to work smarter, and enjoy flexible hybrid work arrangements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales roles (insurance, solar, tech, etc.) or mortgage broking, lending, or financial services (branch or phone-based).
- A passion for helping Australians navigate property ownership and achieve their homeownership goals.
- Certification in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Cert IV) or willingness to obtain it – we can provide assistance.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
