**Job Overview**

This role supports the Department of Treasury and Finance by providing administration and asset management services.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Asset team, Service Delivery Team, Chief Information Officer, I&T staff, and external agencies.

The position is part-time at 0.8 FTE, and a flexible work arrangement may also be considered and negotiated.

We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, constantly seeking better ways of doing things, and is driven by outcomes.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work under general direction and manage workload in an efficient and effective manner within agreed service levels.

  • Understanding or experience in HR or ICT asset management systems and processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining information in an accurate, timely, and confidential manner.
  • Understanding or experience in workflow management, incident, problem, and request management processes within an enterprise environment.
