We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing high-quality direct clinical nursing care to our residents, in line with best practice nursing procedures. This may involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Providing hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, including doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Ability to work autonomously, as part of a team, and with minimal supervision.
