We're seeking an exceptional nursing professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse who can make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your expertise and leadership skills will inspire confidence and trust among our residents and their loved ones, while your passion for delivering high-quality care will set the standard for excellence within our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing personalized care plans that address their unique requirements.
- Deliver evidence-based clinical care that prioritizes the well-being and dignity of each resident, responding effectively in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, promote communication, and resolve conflicts, always striving for seamless transitions and smooth handovers.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement within the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification is essential, along with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Experience in a clinical leadership role and the ability to work collaboratively with others will also be highly valued.
Your time management and organizational skills should enable you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines, while your adaptability and flexibility will allow you to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
