Skilled Nursing Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Nursing Professional to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to clients with complex health needs.
The successful candidate will provide direct clinical nursing care, conduct assessments, develop holistic care plans, and liaise with various stakeholders to maintain optimal client wellbeing.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to elderly individuals.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience.
- Proven expertise in clinical assessments and the ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products and the capacity to adapt to new systems.
- National Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
- Willingsness to apply for a Police Check.
