About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Development Lead to join our team at Compare the Market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving success in a fast-paced environment and shaping the future of our leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement leadership programs for Team Leaders and Sales Coaches.
  • Drive daily success by coaching Team Leaders on managing intraday performance, providing real-time feedback, and addressing performance challenges.
  • Train leaders in communication, feedback, and change management techniques.
  • Mentor emerging talent for future leadership roles.
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive and engaging team culture.
  • Design and deliver training materials and coaching content.
  • Monitor and report on development program success, making adjustments based on data and performance outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading teams in a call centre environment.
  • Expertise in developing and managing Team Leaders and Sales Coaches.
  • Sales experience, with a track record of driving performance and results.
  • Knowledge of health insurance or general insurance is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for leadership development, coaching techniques, and building strong team cultures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the success of development initiatives.
