About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to lead our organisational training efforts within our Contact Centre. In this role, you'll be responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training strategies that drive business results.
  • Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultations with line managers.
  • Design and deliver training programs that address employee needs and expectations.
  • Assess training programs' effectiveness and report on their success.
  • Oversee the training budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Training and Assessment or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and devise effective training strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
