Property Inspection Opportunity">

No prior experience is necessary to excel in this role. You will be required to attend property inspections, attired in smart casual attire. Your main task will be to introduce yourself to the inspecting agent and capture high-quality video and photographic evidence of both the inside of the property and its surrounding area.

It's imperative that you possess a smartphone equipped with a wide-angle lens, as this will be essential for capturing comprehensive footage.

Furthermore, you must have a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. This will enable you to travel to various locations efficiently.

The compensation rate for this position is $50 per hour. Although you may complete multiple inspections within a single hour, you will still receive payment for the full hour, regardless of the number of inspections completed.

Any tolls or travel costs exceeding 25 minutes from your residence will be reimbursed.
