Compliance Professional

We are seeking a talented professional to oversee the compliance monitoring of our investment operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily/monthly/quarterly adherence to procedures and control checks, taking ownership of the third-party fund manager due diligence questionnaire process.

Additionally, the professional will assist with the investigation of breaches and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and improvement to the control environment.

Key responsibilities include regulatory filings, review of OTC derivatives reporting, shareholder reporting requirements, and FIRB exclusions.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of investment compliance experience from a fund or investment management background.
  • A strong understanding of fund or investment management processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Tertiary qualification and/or industry-specific certification is desirable.
  • Experience with a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm is beneficial but not necessary.
