About the Role

Dulux Group is a leading manufacturer of high-quality coatings and paints. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Innovation Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of brand plans, focusing on market and competitor data, performance data, and relevant market insights.
  • Examine competitors' strategies, including product, promotions, distribution, and pricing.
  • Lead product development activities as directed by the Brand Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to manage digital activity for our portfolio of channel brands.
  • Undertake project work as directed by the Brand Manager or Marketing Manager.
Requirements
  • Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
  • Ability to self-manage and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in marketing-related disciplines, especially digital marketing or graphic design.
  • Ability to work independently, establish personal priorities, and set individual goals.
